We strictly follow applicable laws and regulations about labor and human rights. No discrimination on gender, age, race, nationality, religious belief is allowed.

We are committed to building a diversified, harmonious, and equal working environment. Should there be any suspected violation of human rights, employees can escalate their complaint to senior team directly and secretly.

In addition, we follow all applicable statutory requirements to provide different insurances, holidays, and fringe benefits to staffs. A balanced working life is encouraged.

The health and safety of employees are very critical to us. All our facilities and operational policies are complied with regulatory requirements. This will minimize the incidence of work-related injuries and diseases, create a safe and healthy working environment, and thus improve the loyalty and morale of employees.
Actions and goals
We arrange body check for employees regularly. We provide medical and work-related injury insurances for employees. For each health and safety incident, we will deeply investigate the root causes, and take effective preventive measures to avoid recurrence. We have committed to a 20% decrease in occupational accidents by 2030 from 2024 base year.
Further extension
We regularly organize health and safety training for employees. We request our suppliers to provide similar safe working environment for employees and build up health and safety management systems into their daily operation.
