We have always adhered to the business policy of legality, integrity, and have zero tolerance for commercial corruption. Our operation procedures of Code of Conduct for Professional Conduct and Anti-Bribery stipulates our anti-corruption and sanctions policies. The procedures clearly define corruption and bribery, such as bribery, rebates, improper profits, money laundering, etc.

We arrange variety of training to employees and suppliers. Training includes enhancing integrity, upgrading business value, improving code of conduct, fulfilling laws and regulations. After taking the trainings, employees and suppliers will understand our business values and policies.

We sign a Confidentiality Agreement with our employees. We sign Business Ethics Commitment with suppliers to ensure that business ethics is understood.

Different methods and channels (email, letter, QR code & phone) are used to collect corruption complaints from customers, suppliers, shareholders, investors, and employees.

We take all possible measures to protect the person who disclose unethical information. It is prohibited to take any form of retaliatory action against the person who disclose the information.

Suppliers shall follow our policies of transparency, integrity, legality and healthy procurement. We have zero tolerance for suppliers' violations of business ethics.

In order to ensure transparency and fairness of cooperation, suppliers are required to sign the Sustainable Procurement Policy, Social Responsibility Commitment, Business Ethics Commitment and Statement of Non-Use of Conflict Minerals. Suppliers are required to follow the obligations and responsibilities on anti-corruption and promoting integrity, intellectual property protection, trade secrets, etc.

We appreciate suppliers' contribution in ESG. We know that suppliers' ESG performance are directly related to the stability and success of our supply chain. Therefore, we actively evaluate the EGS contribution of suppliers, and continuously monitor suppliers’ operation compliance, business ethics, infringement status, production safety and environmental management.

Moreover, suppliers’ quality performance, on time delivery rate & code of code are evaluated regularly. Business orders are directly related to the evaluation results.

Key performance indicators are used to monitor suppliers’ performance. Indicators include training effectiveness and audit results. Suppliers shall improve their sustainable management continuously.
