On 2025 December 16, VIGOR Group held a grand opening ceremony for its testing center's CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) certification and a themed forum in Shipa, Dongguan. 

This signifies that its testing capabilities in the field of precision transmission have officially reached a nationally recognized level, ushering in a new phase of alignment with international standards.

CNAS certification is one of the highest standards for laboratory accreditation in China, representing comprehensive recognition of a laboratory's technical capabilities, quality management system, and integrity in operations. With this certification, testing reports issued by the VIGOR testing center will be recognized in over 80 countries and regions worldwide, providing strong support for expanding into international markets and serving global clients.

The testing center is positioned as an “Innovation Base for Mechanical Transmission Science Applications,” covering an area of over 2,000 square meters and equipped with more than 150 advanced devices, including a Klingelberger gear measurement center and a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine, with a total investment exceeding 50 million yuan. The center has 44 CNAS-accredited testing projects covering material analysis, precision measurement, performance testing, and more. It particularly excels in gear transmission system testing, offering a complete evaluation system capable of accurately measuring key indicators such as transmission precision, efficiency, noise, and vibration.

The technical team at the center consists of over 30 professionals with solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience, capable of providing end-to-end services from testing solutions to issue diagnosis. The center has already supported the research and development and quality control of transmission components in high-end sectors such as new energy vehicles, industrial robots, and precision medical devices.

In the context of the manufacturing industry’s shift toward high-end development, the CNAS certification of the VIGOR testing center not only enhances its service capabilities but also contributes to the quality upgrade of the industrial chain.
